A Local Who Understands
As a local mother and foster parent of three, Jen Armstrong has seen first-hand the pressures our local families are facing. Jen understands the importance of delivering a quality education and health system in our area. Jen will work to make the Shire an even better place to live, work and raise a family.
A Local Who Cares
As the 2016 NSW Woman of the Year, Jen Armstrong was recognised for her advocacy work for victims of domestic violence in the Sutherland Shire. Jen is committed to ensuring our essential services are properly funded and no one is forgotten. Jen will work to ensure our area gets its fair share.
Jen Armstrong Will be a Strong Voice
The NSW Liberal Government has taken this area for granted for far too long. Jen will:
- Ease the cost of living by putting downward pressure on electricity prices
- Stop overdevelopment
- Defend local health services from further cuts by the Liberal Government
- Fight for increased funding for our local schools and TAFEs
- Upgrade local roads and public transport to ensure families can spend more time at home and less time on the road.
